eazeeSign is a digital document signing platform that allows users to upload, sign, and manage documents electronically in a secure manner. We prioritize confidentiality, integrity, and security of documents and electronic signatures

2. Permissions We Use

eazeeSign is designed to minimize permission usage. We currently use the following access only when required for functionality: – File and Storage Access: To allow users to upload, download, view, and sign documents selected by them using the system file picker. The app does not request access to: – Camera – Location – Contacts – Microphone – Background services No permission is used without user action or for unauthorized purposes

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Personal Information

When you create an account, we may collect: – Email address – Phone number – Name and organization details (if provided). This information is used strictly for account creation, authentication, account management, and service related communication

3.2 Authentication Data

Login credentials and OTP verification details

Account identifiers required to securely access the Services

3.3 Documents and Signature Data

Uploaded documents and signed documents

Electronic signature data created during the signing process

Audit trails, timestamps, and document activity history

Documents and signatures are treated as confidential and are accessible only to authorized users involved in the document workflow

3.4 Technical and Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited technical information such as: – Device type and operating system – App version – Crash logs and performance diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics solely to identify and fix technical issues. This data does not include document content, signature content, or personal files

We use collected information to: – Provide, operate, and maintain the eazeeSign platform – Enable electronic signing, document management, and verification – Authenticate users and secure accounts – Improve app performance, reliability, and security – Detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues – Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal data.
