- With Your Permission: We may share your information in other ways if you ask us to or give us your direct permission.
Your information can also be seen by:
- Other EazeeSign Users: When you send a document for signature, the recipients will see its contents and your name.
- Your Organization: If you sign up using a work email address (like test@eazeesign.com), your organization might be able to see and manage your account if they are an EazeeSign customer.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. The specific time depends on why we have it and any legal rules we must follow. For instance, we hold onto the details of a signed document for many years to maintain its legal validity. When we no longer need information, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices
You always have choices about how your information is used.
- Marketing Messages: You can stop receiving marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any message. You will still get emails about your account, like signature requests or billing notices.
- Cookies: You can control cookies through your browser settings or our website’s cookie preference tool.
- Location: You can turn off location sharing in your device or browser settings.
Closing Your Account: You can close your account through your account settings page. We may need to keep some information for legal or record-keeping purposes.
