  • Other EazeeSign Users: When you send a document for signature, the recipients will see its contents and your name.
  • Your Organization: If you sign up using a work email address (like test@eazeesign.com), your organization might be able to see and manage your account if they are an EazeeSign customer.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. The specific time depends on why we have it and any legal rules we must follow. For instance, we hold onto the details of a signed document for many years to maintain its legal validity. When we no longer need information, we securely delete or anonymize it.
